visuReal^® in Rumania and Poland

Within the framework of the European marketing of visuReal^®, now the Hoya partner SOVER OPTICA SRL also becomes interested. On this account, Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. Fabian Hoppe (team leader International Service Ollendorf Mess-Systeme) went to Bucharest from December 9 to December 10, 2007. At the date, Ollendorf Mess-Systeme delivered a visuReal^® test system to the Rumanian Hoya partner SOVER OPTICA SRL. Fabian Hoppe installed the system and staff members concerned with the visuReal^® project got a first user training, so that the first steps for a successful cooperation of Ollendorf Mess-Systeme and SOVER OPTICA SRL, regarding the distribution of visuReal^®, are done.

More northern in Europe, visuReal^® is positioning itself successfully in Poland. Here, Ollendorf Mess-Systeme delivered directly several visuReal^® video centration systems to the local sales partner Hoya Lens Poland Sp. Z.O.O. During the days 26th February to 28th February 2008, Fabian Hoppe (Team Leader International Service) and Thilo Scholz (Service Technician) from Ollendorf Mess-Systeme travelled to Warsaw. Beside the delivery of several visuReal^® systems, they realised a detailed training of further Hoya staff members regarding the local marketing and service. Beyond it, the Ollendorf employees accompanied the before trained Hoya staff members when realising two visuReal^® installations and new user trainings at eyecare professionals in Warsaw and Lódz.

The personal training of the sales partner as well as going with them on-site to first practical installations and user trainings are part of the visuReal^® certification of the sales partner and, at the same time, they are an important element of the quality management of Ollendorf Mess-Systeme. Among other things, parameters for the training and quality control are the assembly conditions in the optician´s store, the technical equipment of the installer as well as the correct and complete communication of the visuReal^® application to the eyecare professional.
